If you want to discuss a music related question, then you are a welcome guest in our Feedback Cafe, where we invite a small group of musicians for a cup of a coffee and for an exchange of ideas.
What we’re going to do
Feedback Cafe is the place for pop musicians, DJ’s and producers to discuss their professional practice or project amongst each other and with De Nieuwe Oost | Pop. You’ll have 10 minutes (timed!) to ask and elaborate on your question. A maximum of 1 minute can be spent on audio or visuals. Then, Wim Koens, Nikolai Serda (both producers at De Nieuwe Oost), a pop sector professional and the musicians will provide you with feedback. Everyone gets a turn. Your question can pertain to a myriad of subjects such as releasing an EP, building your fanbase, which venues fit you as an artist, etc.
Goal
Getting acquainted with De Nieuwe Oost | Pop, looking at your plans with a fresh pair of eyes and building your network. And a good time of course!
Technical facilities
If you’d like to showcase a minute of audio or visual, you can. A PA, laptop, mini-jack output and beamer are present.
